How To Discover Your Subconscious Beliefs?

Probably, one of the most interesting questions is to know what your subconscious mind already programmed for. The results, which show up in your life is the reflection of your unconscious beliefs. People judge the world around them continuously based on the same beliefs.

Perhaps you already know about the people in history who worshiped statues made by them. They strongly punished anyone who insulted or disrespected those statues, because that was their belief. There are also cultures, which believe that men should have more rights than women. The previous examples don’t make sense for people who haven’t been programmed subconsciously to accept those opinions as the truth. There are many similar opinions, which are very different from one culture to another.

You can view, update and delete information from a database, but it is unfortunately not that easy by reprogramming the subconscious mind. Read More: Access To Your Subconscious Mind Power . Asking people direct questions is not a good idea to discover how they unconsciously think, because people answer based on what they consciously want and they are not aware of beneath their consciousness.

The root of fear

Some people are afraid of animals, ocean, flying or rejections. Fear has mostly unconscious roots and sabotages many people’s lives. Try to do the following simple test to find out whether you have fear of the ocean. Imagine that it is dark and you are on board of a ship. If your thoughts are clear and you feel that you are ready, jump in it, feel the cold water and feel how you sink underwater as if it is real!

Ocean in the night

What happens if you are afraid of ocean? Your heart starts to beat faster, and you wouldn’t be able to do that not even in your imagination, because of the following reasons.

  • Your subconscious mind thinks that it is real and doesn’t understand that you are imagining the situation.
  • You cannot do that, because the unconscious mind is dominant and irrational. Despite knowing consciously, that you are only imagining the situation and nothing would happen in the reality, your subconscious mind is dominant and wins the discussion from your conscious mind.

The subconscious mind controls the body functions including the heartbeat. Unlike the conscious mind. The unconscious mind never sleeps and works 24 hours a day.

A person who practices diving regularly wouldn’t have any problems with that because he has no fear of oceans. Some people who have a little fear of oceans might succeed to do it in their imaginations, but they would experience an unpleasant feeling.

Judging the world around you and sympathizing

Judging is one of the reasons that people create the same results in life and experience similar problems from different situations and circumstances. Keep in mind that your conscious desires could be very different from what you want unconsciously.

The following steps affect and determine life results.

  • The stored information in the subconscious mind, which are considered as the truth.
  • Judging the world around you based on those opinions.
  • Taking actions based on those judgments.
  • Experiencing the results in the reality.

An example is the possible reactions of people towards advertisements:

  • Getting strongly irritated and don’t like ads at all.
  • Don’t like ads but can deal with that normally.
  • Get inspired while watching different types of ads, but not necessarily like them.

Actually, most people who never own or have a business hate ads because they believe that adds don’t belong to them. They get irritated and feel that business owners disturb them.

When you start your own business and imagine yourself as a business owner, you will judge ads differently than seeing yourself as an employee. Imagining yourself as a business owner is the first step to become that in the real world. If you have an image that you are a worker, then that is what you manifest in the reality. The previous example doesn’t include subliminal messages, mind manipulations or any types of mind control advertisements.

There are many examples like that to find out your possible mental blocks. Some of your repeated statements can also refer to your subconscious mind beliefs. When Adolf Hitler lost the Second World War, said that German people didn’t deserve him. It is not a coincident that he was about to rule the world! That was what his subconscious mind believed, because he had an image of himself that he could challenge nations and naturally be a leader. Once your subconscious mind supports you, you will achieve any goals even if you misuse that power to feed your selfish reasons.

    Thank your for the article
Can you summarize how can i discover my subconscious beilfs, in steps..

    1. Thanks Amjad for your comment. It is extremely difficult to describe the subconscious mind in steps for each individual, because each person has his/her own experiences. That depends on the environment where you grow up and live, like country, culture, parents, people around you, media, government, religion and your personal experiences. All those factors and many others participate in programming your subconscious mind. It might be much easier to understand the nature of the subconscious mind to take more control of it and reprogram it the way supports you. In many of my articles, I focus on the subconscious mind and how it works eample is, Access to your subconscious mind power.

  2. Hello, thank you for all your posts. They are positive and inspirational.
Can you please share with us some of your experiences where the LOA worked well for you?
    Thank you.

    1. There are similarities between the LOA and the subconscious mind. In my articles, I mostly focus on the subconscious mind. The reason is that it is supported by evidences while the LOA is more related to personal experiences. There are thousands of articles about the LOA. Each author explains it on his/her own way, but that is different by describing how the subconscious mind works. In some of my articles, I refer to some of my personal experiences example, Access to your subconscious mind power. May be, I will try to use more of my experiences if that is interesting :). Thanks for your comment!
